Rob Sullivan

Rob is thankful to have grown up in Kelowna and have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of athletics such as hockey, skiing, golfing, soccer, and martial arts to name a few. He discovered his passion for health and movement playing competitive rugby for the KSS Owls.

While completing his undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at UBCO, Rob developed a special interest in strength and conditioning. He became a certified trainer and had the unique opportunity to train a diverse range of people from aspiring young athletes to Olympians.

Following his years coaching, he attended UBC and completed his clinical Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

During his time as a coach, Rob became interested in the world of strength sports and has competed in multiple powerlifting competitions. While competing, he suffered many injuries which further highlighted the benefits of physiotherapy and how helpful it can be both mentally and physically. After resolving his injuries and continuing his own training, he has more insight into the tumultuous journey people experience when they have setbacks and are unable to do what they love.

In addition to his sporting background, Rob is dedicated to reviewing research and learning the most-up-to date science to best help you navigate your unique journey to your best life.
